Duplicate accounts discovered by 7ikot will be immediately closed, all pending wagers voided, and any funds or winnings confiscated. 6.2 Account Suspension and Termination

The 7ikot Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. 7ikot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information obtained from 7ikot or through the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ikot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if 7ikot has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 7ikot's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

In no event shall 7ikot's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 7ikot account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. 9. Indemnification

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

If informal dispute resolution is unsuccessful, any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. 12.5 Force Majeure

7ikot shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, or other similar events. During any force majeure event, 7ikot's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such event.
